When you register for an evening from the home page, we store your name, your email, your phone number, how many guests you would be and whether you come with someone, the dietary restrictions or allergies you tell us (and, if you registered with the earlier form, the note you wrote), and when you did so. We use this to invite you when the evening opens, to plan the table and to cook safely. A registration holds no seat and costs nothing.

When you reserve, we store the names of everyone in your party, your email, your phone number if you give it, the dietary notes you enter for each guest, how you chose to pay and whether a host has confirmed your payment. We use this only to host the evening: to know who is coming, to cook safely, and to contact you about your reservation.

Dietary notes are visible to the hosts preparing the dinner and to nobody else.

Future-event emails are sent only if you ticked the box asking for them — on the registration form or when reserving. We record when and where you agreed. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Emails about a reservation you hold are separate and are not affected.

Payments are made through Zelle between you and the host. We never see or store card or bank details.

Technical data. To prevent abuse we keep a hashed (non-reversible) version of the network address used to register or reserve, the browser’s identification string, and standard server logs. The card QR counts each scan: the moment, the kind of device and that same hashed address — nothing that identifies you.

Music. If you turn the music off, that choice is kept in your browser for the visit; nothing is sent to us.

Who can see it. Only the hosts, through a password-protected panel. Guests never see other guests’ details. Your confirmation page is reachable only through the private link you receive.

Removing your details. Write to onenightonly.hospitality@gmail.com and we will delete your registration, your reservation details or your email from the list.
